Cancellation Policy for Handmade Suds
At Handmade Suds, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding order cancellations.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Timeframe for Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

- Eligibility: Only orders in the “Pending” or “Confirmed” status are eligible for cancellation. Once the order is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” cancellation may not be possible.
- Refund Process: If the payment was made online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable unless a prepayment was made.
2. Cancellation by Handmade Suds
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Non-Availability of Product: If a product is out of stock or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Pricing Errors: In case of technical errors leading to incorrect pricing or discounts.
- Failed Payment Verification: If we are unable to verify the payment or suspect fraudulent activity.
- Delivery Constraints: If delivery to your location is not feasible due to logistical or regulatory restrictions.
In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Customized Products: Orders for personalized or custom-made soaps cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these are crafted specifically for you.
- Shipped Orders: Orders that have already been dispatched for delivery cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
4. Important Notes
- Refunds for cancelled orders may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment providerās processing times.
- Handmade Suds is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
